How unequal the days can be.

Some days I want to conquer the world with you.
Some days I want to hold your hand
and run towards the sun.
Some days I want to hold you
while we cry.

But not today.
My most cherished today.

Today I can simply be myself.
We can love ourselves beside each other.
We can become more of who we are, together.
